By using FluxTV you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Service

FluxTV is an index and discovery interface that aggregates publicly accessible third-party streaming embeds. FluxTV does not host, upload, store, or distribute any video content. All video playback is served directly by external providers. FluxTV has no control over the content, availability, or legality of any video provided by those third parties.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your use of FluxTV complies with the laws of your country or region.

3. No Warranties

FluxTV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Servers may go offline, content may be removed, and availability may vary.

4. Third-Party Content

Metadata is provided by TMDB under their terms of use. FluxTV is not affiliated with TMDB or any video provider.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We store only minimum data required to provide account features. We do not sell your data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

What We Collect

• Without an account: Nothing. Preferences and history stay in your browser's localStorage.
• With an account: Your username, watch history, and saved titles stored securely via our auth service.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not serve ads or share data with advertisers
• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not use cookies beyond authentication

Third-Party Services

• TMDB — metadata API
• Google Fonts — font delivery
• Cloudflare Workers — auth service
• Video embed providers — FluxTV has no control over their data practices

Data Retention

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. localStorage can be cleared from your browser at any time.
